The Tasting Table

The Tasting Table is where we share our most limited and expressive cheeses. These are seasonal releases crafted in small batches, available only in very limited quantities.
Each cheese reflects a moment. Some are led by season, some by instinct, and some by ideas we've carried for a long time. Because the batches are so small, we're free to create things that would be difficult, if not impossible, to make at scale. They are finished, intentional, and made to be enjoyed as they are, briefly available, never quite the same twice.
By joining the table, you'll receive these limited editions 4 times a year, on each equinox and solstice, as a celebration of the shifting seasons. These are cheeses that capture our creativity, curiosity, and the changing rhythm of the dairy. You’ll be the only ones to taste them, part of a quiet circle that helps shape what comes next.
